Remittance Operations Manager - 2nd Shift

Operations Manager

Manages operational activities including priorities through supervisors. Ensures maximum processing to meet legal and contractual obligations.

Leadership : Provide leadership by establishing solid relationships with the team, setting clear expectations, motivating and training employees for proficiency and growth opportunities.

Process Management : Maximize operational efficiency by using defined metrics to improve operational performance and effectively monitor results.

Development / Mentorship : Leverage employee talents by increasing strengths to promote optimal operational efficiencies. Create bench strength for growth within Operation.

Customer Service : Respond to inquiries regarding customer issues / requests for information; participate in customer meetings and tours; ensure client SLAs are met / exceeded.

Financials : Understand site financial goals and actively monitor controllable expenses; track OT and supplies spending to meet site goals.

Compliance : Inspect processes to ensure compliance in all aspects including regulatory requirements as well as customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications : Education and Experience : Bachelors in Business and Finance and 5 years experience or HS / GED and 9 years experience in manufacturing. Management experience. Workflow and remittance processing knowledge. Computer skills. Experience dealing with financials, salaries, budgets and cost control. Experience with continuous improvement and / or Lean Six Sigma experience.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience : + 4+ years of management experience + 4+ years of manufacturing experience + 5+ years of PC experience + 3+ years of remittance experience + 2+ years of financial experience to include salaries and budgeting + 1+ year of workflow experience + 2+ years of Quality experience + 1+ year of Continuous Improvement and / or Lean Six Sigma experience

Additional Basic Qualifications : Must be 18 years of age or older
