Customer Service Associate
We are seeking skilled customer service associates who excel in compassion and effective communication to resolve low-exposure insurance claims. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service by providing expertise, building trust, and cultivating customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage a high volume of claims with both efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, review, and interpret insurance policies to accurately assess coverage and liability
- Manage claims of simple to moderate complexity, including single-vehicle and non-disputed accidents
- Establish and maintain appropriate loss and expense reserves for assigned claims
- Evaluate the need for further investigation on complex claims to ensure a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved
- Oversee and direct the work performed by independent adjusters or appraisers to ensure quality and compliance
- Thoroughly document, verify, and review damages to support claim evaluations
- Facilitate timely payments to insureds, claimants, and / or service providers
