Night Shift Differential : Additional $3 / hour

Location : SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest City

Requirements : Completion of a Radiology program and ARRT-R credential, along with ARRT-CT within 12 months of hire. We also offer CT cross training with covered course tuition for full-time employees.

Relocation assistance : Available for qualifying candidates.

Job Summary : In this role, you will perform a variety of imaging exams essential for diagnosing illnesses and injuries. Responsibilities include executing plain films, fluoroscopy, portables, and OR exams or Bone Density tests (BD registry required).

Primary Responsibilities :

Work at least 30% of FTE in a secondary modality to qualify for a Multiple Modality position.

Accurately position patients and select appropriate anatomic and technical parameters.

Implement safety standards and radiation protection procedures.

Assist the physician in conducting special and advanced procedures.

Prepare and administer contrast media and medications as per scope of practice and regulations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.

Submit high-quality images and documentation to PACS efficiently.

Maintain a clean and orderly department, including all procedure and storage areas.

Work in a constant state of alertness and safety.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education :

Associate's degree or completion of a Radiology certification program.

Experience :

No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements :

Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (0-50 lbs).

Use of vision for depth perception and identification of colors.

Frequent communication and interaction with patients.

Occasional bending, twisting, and repetitive movements.

Professional Licensure and Certifications Required :

Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association.

ARRT-R Radiography certification or equivalent certifications as specified.

ARRT-CT Computed Tomography certification within required time frame.
