A company is looking for a Senior End User Computing Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support services for desktop / laptop hardware, software, peripherals, and business applications
Process technical support incidents and requests through ServiceNow and JIRA, maintaining service level agreements
Assist with maintenance and configuration of end user business applications and participate in project work
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of technical support experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suites, Windows OS, and Mac OSX
Familiarity with MDM solutions and identity / access management
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and ITIL practices
Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware related issues
