🚀 Role Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Facilities Director to oversee facility operations across our fast-paced, multi-unit, multi-brand quick-service restaurant locations. This strategic leader will ensure that all sites remain safe, compliant, and fully operational while supporting rapid turnaround maintenance, cost control, and standardized infrastructure to support high-volume service.
🧰 Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the facilities team to ensure productivity and compliance, while covering and area yourself
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment, kitchen systems, dining areas, drive-thrus, and exterior property features.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for repairs, janitorial services, and waste removal.
- Lead facilities support for new store builds, remodels, and closings with minimal impact to daily operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with health codes, ADA requirements, fire safety, and food safety standards across all sites.
- Implement systems to track work orders, asset lifecycles, and vendor performance.
📋 Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction, Hospitality, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience managing facilities for a multi-unit quick-service or fast casual restaurant brand.Deep understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, and small-footprint layouts.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize urgent requests across locations.Strong budget management, negotiation, and vendor oversight skills.Ability to travel frequently between locations.
