Hospice Community Education Specialist
Job description

We currently have an opening in our growing organization for a Community Education Specialist.

- Serve as primary ambassador of Luminary within the assigned territory
- Manage existing accounts & build new account relationships
- Provide education about the hospice benefit to patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community members
- Work in collaboration with a high-level clinical team to bring quality care to more people
Competencies / Qualifications / Experience :
- Candidates should have at least two (2) years of experience in health care marketing.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office applications and the ability to learn department and role specific software systems.
- Candidates should demonstrate high level organizational skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate a high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate initiative and the ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals.
- Preference will be given to candidates that have proven ability to build / maintain strong relationships to achieve desired results.
