Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervision & Quality Control : Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Engineering Collaboration : Work with other engineers to develop plans that enhance production, reduce costs, and optimize labor.
• Problem Diagnosis : Identify issues in the production line and provide solutions and training.
• Meeting Coordination : Schedule meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders to discuss improvements.
• Production Analysis : Analyze all aspects of production and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Resource Management : Obtain necessary materials and equipment.
• Safety Procedures : Establish and enforce safety protocols that prioritize workers' well-being and minimize environmental impact.
