Join our dynamic team as a Lead Cardiac Technologist in Electrophysiology, where you will play a pivotal role in supervising and guiding a team of talented Cardiovascular Technologists. You will be at the forefront of clinical, educational, and research activities, offering your expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia service patients. Your leadership will help enhance the quality of care provided in our state-of-the-art electrophysiology laboratory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Cardiovascular Physicians in performing a range of invasive, interventional, and therapeutic procedures in the EP Lab using advanced equipment and technology.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to Cardiovascular Technologists on complex treatment procedures.
• Design and implement monthly in-service training programs to promote continuous education for technical staff.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of patient documentation in medical records.
• Manage scheduling for the Electrophysiology lab, optimizing efficiency and patient care.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of Cardiovascular Technologists.
• Lead inventory management and oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Conduct thorough quality control assessments of point-of-care equipment, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Location : 111 E. 210th Street, Bronx, New York

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM

Salary : $93,750 to $125,000
