Remote Commercial Collections Specialist

A company is looking for an Experienced Commercial Credit Card Collections Representative for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and process payments on past due accounts through direct customer contact

Assess consumer financial conditions and determine reasons for delinquency to find solutions

Maintain customer accounts and ensure compliance with collection regulations and corporate policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma; some college preferred

Experience in commercial credit card collections

Outgoing, assertive, and competitive personality

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Must possess or be able to acquire strong negotiation skills
