Mid-level Contract Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist (with Construction / A-E Experience) (Mid-level).

Key Responsibilities

Handle actions related to pre- and post-award contract work in support of contracting officers

Support construction / A-E contracting functions, including cost / price analysis and artifact development

Ensure compliance with Federal contracting regulations, specifically FAR (Part 36)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of Federal contracting experience, including 5 years in construction / A-E

Possess FAC-C II or DAWIA certification equivalent

In-depth knowledge of Federal contracting regulations and practices

Experience in pre-award contracting functions related to design and construction solicitations

Ability to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance
