We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lakewood, CO! We are a broker-dealer specializing in bond trading and investments located in Lakewood, CO off of Highway 285 looking for an organized & proficient person to assist our Operations team with human resources, payroll processing, compliance, and any applicable projects.

We are willing to train, but preference will be given to those with familiarity, experience, and / or education concerning human resources, compliance, and the financial industry.

For the ideal candidate, this will become a full-time career position with health insurance and 401k benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Schedule appointments with potential and existing clients
  • Assist and eventually take charge of human resources, payroll processing, compliance, and any applicable projects.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred but willing to train a student or recent graduate with a degree in Legal, Human Resources, Business or other related fields
  • Must be highly organized - this is a requirement
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
