Senior Vice President of Trust Management

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Fund Administration - Trust Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple ETF trust fund administration teams, ensuring effective coordination of all activities

Lead the preparation and delivery of board materials and trustee reporting with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and transparency

Oversee and coordinate all SEC regulatory filings, ensuring strict compliance with federal requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred

15+ years of progressive experience in fund administration at a large mutual fund or ETF service provider

Extensive experience in mutual fund / ETF client servicing and trust administration

Strong accounting background with deep understanding of derivatives

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
