Security Site Supervisor - Unarmed - FT- Denver
Advantage Security, Inc. (ASI) has provided both security and customer service to its clients for over 25 years in the Denver and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for full-time Security Site Supervisor positions in the Denver area.
Shift :
Monday - Friday : 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m.

Basic Requirements of a Site Supervisor :
21 years of age2 years minimum of supervisory experienceHigh school diploma or GED required - Bachelor degree preferredUS citizenship or possess the right to work permitAbility to pass a drug screen test and background check to include THCAbility to fluently speak, read, and write EnglishAbility to obtain a merchant guard licenseMust have a clean driving recordDesired Skills of a Site Supervisor :
Previous security, military, and / or law enforcement experience is strongly preferredDetail orientedDuties for a Site Supervisor :
Monitor and authorize the access of employees, visitors, and other persons to various commercial and industrial propertiesResponsible for safeguarding bystanders against potential emergencies, which includes but is not limited to building fires, hazardous material spills, and the safeguarding against potential terrorist attacksReport daily activities or irregularities in the performance of their dutiesAssist officers with emergency situations and respond to facility if necessaryProvide input as to negative patterns such as repeat officer offenses, trends, etcEnforce safety procedures and notate any safety risks or violationsLearn post duties at customer sites and provide recommendations to enhance service deliveryAssist in training / evaluating officersCounsel / mentor / discipline officers as neededFollow-up on continuous issues / problems indicated by officersProvide feedback on positives / negatives of officer performanceAdvantage Security Inc., is an equal opportunity employer, and does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity characteristics or expression, disability, medical condition, U.S. Military or Veteran status or other legally protected classifications in making employment decisions.
