About the Role :
You will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing internal and external data, resolving data quality or integrity issues, creating accurate and insightful reports, and developing dashboards and visualizations. You will support research projects and Marketing Operations and provide insights to business decision-makers. You will report to the Senior Manager - Business Intelligence.
This role is intended to be a hybrid position, working from our Durham, NC office, but we are also open to hiring remotely. You will ideally start in September 2025
You Will :
Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support our goals.
Define Segmentation models across the Association's Propositions, Programs and audiences
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting by performing regular data audits and troubleshooting issues to promote confidence in a single source of truth.
Design interactive dashboards and reports that track our performance, using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
Use data visualization best practices to present complex data in a clear and personalized manner for partners.
Maintain close working relationship with IT teams to help monitor and improve data and improve existing intelligence tools and systems to improve analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc support to business leaders and teams including answering specific business questions with relevant data insights.
