Job description

Sales Representative

We're looking for ambitious, driven, and dynamic individuals to join our sales team and growing tech startup. You'll sell our digital platform to cities, parks, nonprofits, and other verticals. In this fast-paced sales team, you'll thrive if you love talking to people, bringing a one-of-a-kind product to communities, and driving results with energy, urgency, and confidence in every interaction.

Location : United States (Fully remote) Compensation : $50,000$55,000 base + uncapped commission Schedule : Full-time, 9AM5 : 30PM EST

What You'll Do :

In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing. You'll identify key stakeholders at cities, parks, nonprofits, and other organizations, book and run demo meetings, and lead closing conversations that bring new customers onto the SeeMyLegacy platform. You'll be expected to build and manage a strong pipeline, communicate our value clearly, and guide customers through an efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • High Volume Phone Outreach : Make 7590 outbound phone + email interactions daily to stakeholders at assigned accounts, generating interest and securing qualified meetings.
  • Demo Meetings : Run 4560 meetings per month, presenting the SeeMyLegacy platform and focusing on your customer's pain points, goals, and opportunities.
  • Organize and Document : Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of communication, next steps, and progress in HubSpot CRM.
  • Drive the Close : Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close - driving urgency at every stage.
  • Communicate with Confidence : Deliver clear, persuasive messaging that connects SeeMyLegacy's value to customer priorities.
  • Adapt and Learn : Execute proven outreach strategies while staying open to feedback and coaching to improve performance and align with team goals.

Who You Are :

You're a motivated and driven seller who thrives in a high-activity environment, communicates with confidence, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You're organized, coachable, and excited to grow within a fast-paced company that values kindness, intelligence, drive, and results.

  • Sales Experience : 1-3 years of outbound sales experience. Open to first time sales candidates with strong communication skills.
  • Strong communicator : Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-Oriented : Ability to meet targets and consistently drive revenue
  • Organized and reliable : Detail-oriented and responsible for managing follow-ups and maintaining CRM with accuracy
  • Startup-ready : You're motivated and excited about being a part of a fast-growing company
