Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst

Position Summary
The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparation and review of SEC Filings. The role assists with research and determination of appropriate accounting treatment of new or unusual transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead preparation and conduct detailed review of SEC Filings (10Qs, 10Ks, 8Ks, Proxy, Section 16, etc.).
Preparation of quarterly consolidated cash flow statement.
Preparation of quarterly lease accounting entries.
Assist with preparation of quarterly non-GAAP financial disclosures.
Manage and oversee all equity-related activities, including global stock plan administration, treasury repurchase programs, and all related calculations, journal entries and reconciliations.
Assist with review of contracts and determination of appropriate accounting treatment.
Perform research and make recommendations for appropriate technical accounting treatment of new or unusual transactions.
Work with global accounting team in preparing for and implementing new accounting standards.
Stay abreast of new accounting and reporting requirements (FASB, SEC, etc.) and anticipate accounting and reporting impact.
Assist in complex and non-routine areas of quarterly close.
Collaborate with corporate accounting team to implement enhancements to the global financial close and reporting process.
Ad hoc projects.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience
3-5 years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
Minimum 3 years in a national public accounting firm.
Solid knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Excellent technical accounting research skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outgoing with a desire to work with various individuals at varying levels within the worldwide organization.
Self-starter who possesses attention to detail.
Ability to use discretion in all dealings.
Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with Workiva and / or FCCS / Hyperion is a plus.
Working knowledge of iXBRL tagging is a plus.
Education, Licenses & Certification
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field
CPA license is required
