About the Role

As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be integral to delivering precise, timely, and insightful financial disclosures that enhance compliance, transparency, and strategic decision-making. This role enjoys high visibility within the organization and offers you the opportunity to significantly influence financial reporting processes, technical accounting evaluations, and investor communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual external financial reports, including footnotes and MD&A, in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Manage the preparation of statutory financial statements for selected subsidiaries and the company’s 401(k) benefit plan, collaborating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Research and assess emerging accounting standards and complex transactions, drafting technical memos and advising leadership on their implications.
• Update and maintain the company’s accounting policy manual to align with evolving standards and internal controls.
• Calculate and analyze the company's adjusted EBITDA for debt covenant compliance, partnering with Treasury and FP&A.
• Coordinate the quarterly earnings support binder for senior leadership, ensuring completeness and consistency for investor communications.
• Respond accurately and promptly to government surveys and regulatory reporting requests.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting workflows and data integrity.
