Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant and Pub Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant and pub operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.
Recruit, train, and manage staff including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and hosts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns and seasonal menus.
