As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a major logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry to the logistics and distribution location. Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to maintain authorized access. Provide customer service by answering inquiries and assisting visitors and staff in accordance with site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures and site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols. Support emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with site personnel and local responders when necessary. Minimum Requirements : Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
