The Company is seeking a Product Detailer / Drafter – Retail Millwork to join their Baltimore team. This hybrid role focuses on creating detailed technical drawings and developing design solutions that bring retail fixture concepts to life. The position involves close collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and finalize detailed technical and shop drawings for retail millwork projects.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to translate concepts into buildable solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with design specifications and manufacturing standards.
• Develop and maintain drawing documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
