Product Operations Associate

Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating product / project activities across teams
• Update monthly readout decks and send updates
• Write meeting recaps, follow-ups, and summaries
• Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Maintain and update project documentation
• Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders
• Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence)
