Product Operations Associate
Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care from the comfort of your home, at our practices in Palm Beach and New York, or wherever you are in the world.
We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.
Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
Role Overview :
As a Product Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in helping our clinical teams adopt, use, and optimize the tools and platforms that enable them to deliver excellent care to our members. We need your help bringing product thinking and operational excellence models from other industries in order to help Atria scale to deliver world leading and cutting edge medicine to even more people than we do today.
You'll work hands-on with cross-functional teammates from Care Coordination, Hospitality, Membership, Legal, and Finance to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively leverage our core systems, including Atria's own custom built tools as well as Monday.com, ZenDesk, Slack, and Gmail. This is an ideal role for someone interested in pursuing a career in Program or Product Management within healthcare.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand and Improve Workflows
Partner with Care Coordination, Hospitality, and other cross-functional teams to map current workflows and identify inefficiencies
Design and Optimize Processes
Create scalable workflows and systems that streamline operations and reduce manual effort
Lead Rollouts and Drive Adoption
Plan and execute the rollout of new tools, systems, and product features
Measure, Monitor, and Iterate
Track platform usage and adoption across teams to evaluate effectiveness
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and Finance
