Business Analyst / Strategic Business Partner in Labware LIMS (Morris Plains)

Job Description Summary

Partner with Business Stakeholders and IT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, LIMS administration, solution proposal / evaluation and project delivery in Cell and Gene manufacturing. Drive operations of LIMS and applications in scope (both Global and Local), ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.

This position will be located at the Morris Plains, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.

Major Accountabilities (may include but not limited to) :

• Strategic Business Partnering with key business stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions in Labware LIMS
• Ability to develop Technology roadmaps and execute such roadmaps in a manufacturing environment
• Labware LIMS customization and scientific programming
• Business Process knowledge of CMOs, Chain of Custody, assay development, flow cytometry a bonus
• Deliver Business Analytics projects according to strategy and with reusability.
• Ensure on time within budget compliant secure and quality delivery of roadmap projects portfolio for responsible service area.
• Ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
• Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact
• Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale
• Business impact and value generated from DDIT solutions
• Adoption and development of Agile Productization and DevOps practices
• Operations stability and effective risk management
• Feedback on customer experience
• Applications adherence to ISC requirements and audit readiness.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $103,600 and $192,400 / year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1 / 1 / 25 through 12 / 31 / 25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
