Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily activities of dispatch staff and support patient services
Conduct quality assurance on dispatcher work and facilitate staff training
Monitor ongoing operations, provide customer service, and generate performance reports
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or field operations
Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
