This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support daily banking operations in a professional, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Process and verify wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking regulations.
• Monitor, record, and reconcile wire transfer activity, maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
• Support Federal Reserve activity, including sending, receiving, and validating wire transactions.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Administration & Operations Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all compliance and internal control standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient wire processing.
