Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ vital signs.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort for each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks such as administering medication.
• Update patient records confidentially.
• Evaluate patients’ wellbeing and report any needs to the medical staff.
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and their families.
• Change dressings and bandages, ensuring proper healing.

Requirements:

• State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• BLS Certification
