We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Store Manager who combines outstanding leadership and store management skills, as well as the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team, within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include :

Specific qualifications for this role include :

Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $21 .00 per hour and $33.75 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $28.40 , a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
