Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to support a leading financial services firm in Westlake, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to design scalable system solutions

Create and maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis within financial services or technology

Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and distributed systems

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
