Job description
A company is looking for a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (RD, CDCES).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized meal plans
Provide diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) to patients
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and support clinical operations
Required Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN) credential and state licensure
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential
5+ years of experience preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
Strong knowledge of nutrition therapy for diabetes and related health conditions
