What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of digital ad videos from concept to final edit
• Craft stories using stock footage and AI platforms like Runway, Midjourney, etc.
• Apply motion design, sound, type, and pacing to maximize impact
• Translate scripts, headlines, and campaign goals into engaging visual narratives
• Collaborate closely with the creative director and the content team to align on tone and performance
• Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables
• As the team grows : Guide and mentor junior editors or freelancers, review work, and contribute to team structure
