Job descriptionProven Sales Experience : A minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Flexible & Committed : Ability to adapt to flexible work hours as needed and maintain a strong commitment to achieving success. Salesforce Experience : A plus, but not a dealbreakerif you're willing to learn, we're here to support you. Education : A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Bilingual : Fluent Spanish / English Business-to-Consumer Experience : Prior experience in B2C sales is a big plus! Unlimited Earning Potential : With uncapped commissions, the top 25% of our Debt Consultants are earning $200k-$300k per year! Monthly Bonuses : Earn bonuses based on the amount of debt enrolled and the duration of the programs, plus monthly bonus pools based on team performance. Guaranteed Base Salary : For your first three months, enjoy the security of a guaranteed salary while you build your pipeline. - Engage with Prospects : Handle inbound calls from leads generated by our high-performance marketing campaigns and make outbound calls to effectively manage and grow your own pipeline.
- Master Your Sales Process : Navigate Salesforce with ease while expertly guiding prospects through every stage of the sales processensuring a smooth, positive experience.
- Be a Problem Solver : Show empathy and understanding as you position our services as the ultimate solution to your prospects' financial challenges.
