This role will be to work with a diverse portfolio of companies, utilizing your expertise to build high-performing teams across various industries. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to showcase your talents from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm.
• Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Applicant Tracking : Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Recruitment Strategy : Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.
• Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
• Onboarding Support : Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.
• Performance Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
