A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain job postings
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Maintain the recruitment database and generate reports on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
Proficiency in recruitment tools such as iCIMS, , and LinkedIn
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
