Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tax CPA who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex tax projects, provide strategic consulting, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the success of a growing public accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

Tax Preparation & Review : Handle federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Strategic Tax Planning : Advise clients on strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
Research & Compliance : Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations; conduct tax research as needed.
Audit Support : Assist with IRS and state tax audits when necessary.
Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training.
Project Management : Oversee multiple engagements and deliver results within deadlines.

Qualifications :

CPA license (or near completion).

3–5 years of public accounting tax experience (6+ years preferred for senior roles).

Deep understanding of federal and state tax codes.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
