The Manager of Clinical Operations is accountable for coordination of department / function activities to ensure delivery of quality patient care in a safe and therapeutic environment. They provide effective leadership that supports the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization. They manage department operations to include staff schedule, staff productivity, resource utilization, and expense management to ensure quality patient care and achieve maximum financial performance.
