Job Summary And Qualifications : The Administrative Director of Behavioral Health (ADBH) assists the ACNO in executive-level management of resources, strategic planning and development of policies and procedures, which ensure congruence with the mission, and vision of the organization. The ADBH has clinical and functional responsibility for patient care areas, nursing practice and / or special projects or initiatives. The ADBH will develop communication, knowledge, leadership, professionalism, and business skills necessary to advance to an ACNO.
What qualifications you will need : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required, Master's degree Preferred, 3+ years of experience in Management and supervisory nursing role or supervision of a direct patient care environment required.
