Digital Analytics Manager
Overview
We are a niche digital marketing company looking for a Analytics Manager. Our team is a group of strategic technologists focused on growing communities.
This position is a office role for a team player. Can you rise above the data to see the broader trends and opportunities to improve digital marketing campaigns?
Do you have strong Looker reporting designing and editing experience? Do you enjoy working with the new GA4? If you have a combination of Real Estate plus Google Ads experience please note it in your application.
You will learn our systems and methodologies for analytics tracking and high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a blend of digital marketing analytics experience and technical skills to complement the optimization process.

This position is based in our Asheville, NC office.
Goals & Objectives
- Share monthly highlights through reporting and analysis. Discuss actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Partner with our team to enhance performance reporting, analytics and tracking.
- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and spend.
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting Analysis this entails setting up new looker (data studios) and customization around goals. Provide brief outline or narratives highlighting successes and opportunities within digital channels.
- Strategic Collaboration As insights are observed, being able to communicate and follow up with team on the next steps.
Skills & Experience
- Google Looker / Data Studio 3 years minimum experience, advanced knowledge
- GA4, Advanced knowledge, certified
- Google Ads - 3 years minimum experience, advanced knowledge, certified
- Facebook Ads, Intermediate knowledge
- MS Excel or Sheets 1 years experience, do you know xlookup?
- JavaScript 1 years experience, beginner knowledge
- HTML 1 years experience, intermediate knowledge
- Python Nice to have
- SQL Nice to have
