Structural Restoration Engineer

Location : Fort Myers, FL (On-site, fieldwork required)

Compensation : $90,000 – $130,000 base salary

Relocation : Support available for qualified candidates

We are a fast-growing geotechnical engineering firm headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida. While geotechnical services remain our foundation, we are expanding into structural restoration and engineering. Role Overview

We’re seeking a mid-level Structural Restoration Engineer ready to take ownership of structural projects and grow into a leadership role. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to step out of a limited role and into one with real authority, visibility, and upward mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural restoration projects from assessment through execution
• Perform inspections, develop scopes, and design repair strategies
• Manage small to mid-sized projects, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with in-house geotechnical teams on integrated project delivery
• Build and expand the structural department, including future hiring
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in structural restoration
