Technical Support Specialist
Lynn community Health Center is looking to add a Technical Support Specialist I positions to our Digital Solutions and Services team!
In this role, you will help support a range of clinical and administrative staff as the first point of contact looking for technical support.
Hours : This role will be 30 hours and you be responsible to cover weekday evenings from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and during operating hours on the weekend.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Proven excellence in customer service.
- Basic understanding of ITS systems and applications, such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites throughout the cities of Lynn, Salem, and Peabody, MA.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working for a healthcare organization.Experience with ticketing systems and remote support toolsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to healthcare IT, such as HIPAA.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clinical and administrative staff.
