Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking an outbound call center to join their team. As an outbound call center, you will be part of the provider re / enrollment support department supporting credentialing and provider outreach teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive engagement abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Outbound Call Center

Location : Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Range : $20

Shift : 08 : 00am - 04 : 30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to dental offices to explain the online re-credentialing process via the Dental Hub platform.
• Track and monitor the status of re-credentialing applications, ensuring timely follow-up on incomplete or stalled applications.
• Proactively communicate with providers to facilitate the submission of required documents and forms.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and update the credentialing database systematically.
• Provide regular reports on outreach progress, challenges, and feedback to the management team.
