Sr. Tax Accountant
Job Summary
Our client in the Dallas area is seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant to join their Tax Accounting team!
The ideal candidate will be experienced in various tax accounting matters and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Duties and responsibilities include :
- File local, state, and federal tax returns (s / s) accurately and timely
- Conduct research on tax disputes and provide effective resolutions to clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert on tax accounting matters, offering guidance and advice to clients as needed
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice to clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in tax accounting or related field
- Proficiency in tax accounting softwares and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
