The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key member of the Aesthetics Biomedical marketing team, with direct ownership of social media strategy and execution across all company brands. This role is responsible for curating, implementing, and managing social media content and campaigns while also supporting the development and rollout of integrated marketing initiatives. Working cross-functionally, the Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborates on strategy curation and execution to launch new products and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), ensuring brand consistency and audience growth.
- Develop and implement content calendars, grid layouts, and branded assets that support campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Create and manage paid social campaigns, analyzing results and optimizing performance.
- Produce high-quality original written, graphic, and video content that drives engagement and aligns with FDA-cleared indications for use.
- Monitor and manage online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments / DMs, and overseeing customer service on social channels.
- Build brand awareness by identifying and partnering with influencers and KOLs (micro and macro).
- Track analytics using tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics to measure KPIs and inform strategy.
Marketing Coordination
Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to curate and execute marketing plans for new product launches.Assist with campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution across channels.Support the creation of marketing collateral, including event-specific materials, educational content, and sales tools.Maintain and update marketing databases, influencer / press lists, and digital asset libraries.Support national and regional marketing events by assisting with logistics, setup, and promotional activities.Contribute to SMS and email marketing campaigns; familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo or MailChimp is a plus.Assist in creating and presenting performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness.Provide ad support to the marketing department as needed.Qualifications
A degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.1-3 years' experience in marketing / brand management.Social media marketing experience.Experience in graphic design and understanding of design principles.Video editing experience with programs like CapCut or willingness to learn preferred.Experience developing social media strategies, working with a marketing plan, and contributing to the development of a marketing plan.Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform and maintain brand standards.Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Suites.Proven ability to build social media communities.Solid understanding of graphic design principles and a creative mindset.Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.Ability to measure the success of campaigns and knowledge of analytical tools.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.Aesthetics, medical, or sales industry experience strongly preferred but not mandatory.Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Ability to work in a team environment.Proficiency in English.Exemplary planning and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.High-level verbal and written communications skills.Discretion and confidentiality.Minimal travel may be required for event support and content creation.Benefits You Will Enjoy :
