Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, manage customer and lead databases, support lifecycle marketing efforts, and help coordinate marketing projects. This role also includes assisting with reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assist in managing the customer lifecycle journey, including engagement and retention activities.
• Maintain and segment lead databases to support targeted marketing efforts.
• Coordinate and track lead nurturing campaigns across email, SMS, and digital platforms.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Help manage content for web, social media, email, and print materials.
• Support digital advertising efforts and monitor campaign performance.
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports and dashboards.
• Analyze campaign and sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing goals.
