A company is looking for a ServiceNow Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria, and manage comprehensive program plans and timelines for ServiceNow projects
Lead the program lifecycle from initiation to post-go-live transition, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage program governance, and communicate program status and updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in program management, particularly with ServiceNow implementations
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its applications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the ServiceNow platform
