A company is looking for an Aviation Site Acquisition Manager to oversee site acquisition and development for aviation-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead real estate negotiations to secure access and maintenance rights for aviation sites

Execute utility and power coordination for aviation infrastructure connections

Oversee zoning and permitting processes to obtain necessary approvals at various government levels

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or zoning / permitting

Proven track record in lease negotiations and working with municipalities and utility providers

Strong knowledge of zoning codes and regulatory requirements

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
