New increased wages + shift differentials!

Willow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.

Wages :

$35-$44 / hr based on experience, plus weekend differential rates

Responsibilities :

Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift to ensure quality nursing care

Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.

Explains procedures and treatments to Resident to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension.

Administers treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates care plan as needed.

Prepares equipment and aids Physician during treatment and examination of Resident.

Observes Resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents.

Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.

Inventories and requisitions supplies to ensure quality nursing care.

Qualifications :

PA Registered Nurse ( RN) License required

Rehab experience preferred for Full-Time position

Hours :

Full-Time (Rehab experience preferred)

or Part-Time

Schedules available :

Full Time : 1st shift, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm + every other weekend and every other holiday

Part Time : 2nd shift, 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm, every other weekend and every other holiday only
