We're looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Planning to join our ever-evolving team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you'll own as the Senior Director, Strategic Planning :
- Leads and manages a diverse team of solution consultants, supporting both partners and merchants across the Merchant Bank line of business.
- Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) process, ensuring tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Proactively identifies, researches, and evaluates potential software partnerships for the Merchant Bank line of business.
- Utilizes data from both internal and external sources to analyze merchant requirements and align opportunities with the strategic interests of our bank partners.
- Facilitates informed decision-making by assessing market trends, vendor capabilities, and partnership synergies to drive business growth and enhance client offerings.
- Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and business and / or strategic plans based on company and external data analysis.
- Oversees the strategic planning and development of tailored solutions for merchants and partners to support the sales process.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements and business objectives, enabling successful sales engagements and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ensures policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
- Selects, develops and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of function.
- Responsible for leadership functions of the team including hiring, performance and pay review.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you'll bring :
Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Thorough knowledge of products and services in assigned business operation(s)In-depth industry knowledgeKnowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles.General business skills, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills.Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.Ability to understand and focus on clients needs, establish credibility and build positive, professional relationships with clients.Project management skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks.Requires leadership and negotiation skills.About the team :
