The Sheet Metal Fabricatoris responsible for fabricating parts for production by means ofblueprints drawings specification sheets and verbalinstructions.
Key Responsibilities :
Fabricates parts for production using blueprints drawingsspecification sheets and verbal instructions
Operatetools and machinery :
Drill Press Turret Punch PunchPress Air Tools Band Saw various Hand Tools Belt Sander Break PressShears
Follows all company policies including but notlimited to safety attendance breaks etc
All other dutiesas assigned
Must be able to work overtime whenwarranted
Minimum Qualifications :
High Schooldiploma or equivalent. Four years experience working in a similarposition.

Ability to list 50 lbs.
Able to readand use measuring devices including but not limited to;
o Rule in increments of tenths and hundredths of an inch
o Rule in increments of fractions of an inch
oMicrometer in increments of thousandths of an inch
oCalipers in increments of thousandths of an inch
o Ableto convert fractions to decimal equivalent or convert decimals tofractions
Able to read work instructions and apply themto specific work types
Able to read suppliedspecification sheets and apply the data to specific worktypes
Ability to work in an efficient manner
Ability to read and write in English ability to speak effectivelywith other employees
Physical Requirements
Medium work : Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / orup to 20 pounds of force frequently and / or up to 10 pounds of forceconstantly to move objects.
Stooping : Bending bodydownward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor isimportant if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires fulluse of the lower extremities and back muscles.
Crouching : Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg andspine.
