We are partnering with a respected Miami-based defense firm seeking an experienced Attorney with Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury (PI) defense experience . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a dynamic team handling complex matters across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation and personal injury defense matters.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and support staff to deliver strategic results.
