Superintendent / Senior Superintendent

Location : Long Island, NY (Projects across Long Island and the 5 Boroughs)

Salary Range : $125,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)

Client : A well-established General Contractor / Construction Management firm

Our client, a respected GC / CM firm based in Long Island, NY, is seeking an experienced Superintendent and Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on various commercial and residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and reputable firm with a strong pipeline of work across Long Island and NYC’s five boroughs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades from site prep through final completion
• Develop and maintain lookahead schedules, site logistics, and daily progress reports
• Interface with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Conduct site safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety protocols
• Manage materials, deliveries, and on-site inventory
• Maintain site documentation, including logs, permits, and daily reports
